We are seeking a Program Manager to support technology initiatives within a legal technology team. This role will focus on managing deliverables, release notes, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and tech teams to enhance legal operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technology programs that support legal operations
• Provide updates on deliverables and release notes
• Work closely with engineering and technology teams to drive initiatives
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure technology solutions align with legal needs
• Analyze complex legal and technical issues and develop innovative solutions
• Utilize data analysis and reporting to present insights to legal and tech stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization in legal operations

Top 3 Must-Have Skills:

3-4+ years of program/project management experience

Ability to work independently and manage complex projects

Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Skills & Experience Required:

• 3-4+ years of program/project management experience, preferably in legal technology or operations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or related field (Advanced degree preferred: JD, LLM, MBA)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and drive alignment across teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to break down legal and technical challenges
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to present findings effectively
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with legal technology solutions (e-Discovery, Contract Lifecycle Management, Legal Ops platforms)
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks, compliance, and industry best practices
• Hands-on experience working in a large, complex legal organization with a global presence
• SQL experience is a plus
