SITE LOCATION: PAIN MANAGEMENT (MAIN CAMPUS WAIANAE)
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Physician is responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of diseases and injuries in a community health center model setting; provides comprehensive, outpatient medical services for individuals and families on a continuing basis, and responsible for medical assistant (MA) clinical supervision and continuing verification of the MA's clinical skills and competency. Additionally, at certain sites, the physician may serve as lab director for CLIA waived tests performed in the clinic.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
1. Graduate of an accredited Osteopathic Medical School
2. Board Certified in a specific medical specialty or have completed residency and be Board Eligible
3. Must be licensed in the State of Hawaii
