Director of Operations

Position Overview:
The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. This role involves strategic planning, managing resources, and leading the department to achieve organizational goals, particularly in civil design and public works projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Manage and oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead and mentor the team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in project delivery and service quality.
• Ensure effective resource allocation across commercial, institutional, and academic projects.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage budgets and financial planning related to operations and projects.
• Serve as the main point of contact for public works and land development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Director of Operations or in a similar managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of civil design principles and public works project management.
• Experience in commercial, institutional, and academic projects preferred.
• PE License required.
