Job Description:
Role Description
Develop, optimize, and maintain React-based webapplications with a focus on performance and scalability.
Build and manage state management solutions using Redux,Context API, or other state management libraries.
Write clean, modular, and reusable JavaScript (ES6+) codefollowing best practices.
Implement responsive and mobile-first designs using CSS3,SASS/SCSS, and HTML5.
Work closely with designers and back-end developers tointegrate APIs and UI components.
Optimize web applications for performance, SEO, andcross-browser compatibility.
Debug and troubleshoot React-related issues and UI/UXinconsistencies.
Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies,trends, and best practices.
Write unit and integration tests using Jest, React TestingLibrary, or similar frameworks.
Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and agiledevelopment workflows (Scrum/Kanban).
Required Skill Set
React, Redux, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Responsivedevelopment experience
Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles(hooks, functional components, lifecycle methods, etc.).
Experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit, or other statemanagement libraries.
Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), includingasync/await, closures, and event handling.
Expertise in CSS3, SASS/SCSS, and responsive designtechniques.
Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, andthird-party services.
Proficiency in modern front-end build tools (Webpack,Babel, Vite, or Parcel).
Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub,GitLab, Bitbucket).
Experience with cross-browser testing and debugging.
Understanding of performance optimization techniques (lazyloading, memoization, virtualization, etc.).
Basic knowledge of security best practices (CORS, CSRFprotection, authentication methods).
Desired Skill Set
Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
