The Role
The Change and Transformation Communication Manager collaborates with the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to ensure strategic project alignment. Success in this role depends on strong partnerships to drive clear communication and support transformational change across AMS.
Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute change communication strategies for transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to manage change impacts and adoption.
  • Create and deliver communication plans aligned with corporate priorities.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Design and deliver change-related training and communication materials.
  • Measure change success and provide insights to project managers.
  • Coach teams on effective change management techniques.
  • Act as a communication advisor to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
  • Skills & Experience
  • Strong communication skills - writing, editing, and presenting.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change programs.
  • Ability to influence and work with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI ADKAR).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to navigate uncertainty.
  • Experience creating communication strategies and plans.
  • Ability to build effective relationships in matrix project teams.
