Position Overview: We are seeking two highly skilled and experienced Senior Fullstack Developers specializing in Microservices to join our platform development team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in developing and deploying microservices architectures, along with expertise in backend and fullstack development. With 5-7 years of experience, these individuals will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and efficient microservices-based solutions for our platform.
Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain microservices-based applications and APIs using modern backend technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to develop end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements.
• Implement DevOps practices and tools to automate the deployment, monitoring, and scaling of microservices applications in cloud environments.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of backend services through proper design, testing, and optimization.
• Work closely with frontend developers to integrate backend services with frontend components, ensuring seamless data exchange and application functionality.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code while adhering to established coding standards and best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in backend development, microservices architectures, and DevOps practices, and propose innovative solutions to improve our development processes and platform offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in backend and fullstack development with a focus on building scalable and maintainable microservices architectures.
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js) and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Django, Express.js).
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture principles and experience in designing and implementing microservices-based solutions.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud computing platforms (Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and monitoring/logging solutions.
• Solid understanding of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
