Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
- Extensive hands-on full-cycle implementation experience (from planning to configuration through go-live) with Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud
- Experience configuring, implementing and troubleshooting Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud
- Experience implementing Oracle PPM modules like Project Billing, Project Costing, Grants Management and Project Contracts
- 2-3 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision
- Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking
- Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
