Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
  • Extensive hands-on full-cycle implementation experience (from planning to configuration through go-live) with Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud
  • Experience configuring, implementing and troubleshooting Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud
  • Experience implementing Oracle PPM modules like Project Billing, Project Costing, Grants Management and Project Contracts
  • 2-3 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision
  • Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
