We are looking for an exceptional leader to join our team as Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Culinary. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of our overall sales and marketing strategies and oversee culinary innovation and menu research and development. The Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Culinary will set the strategic direction, develop a clear vision, and implement a comprehensive plan to enhance Lunchtime's market share and brand recognition. This executive-level position requires someone who shares our values and actively supports Lunchtime's culture, vision, and mission.

Essential Qualifications:
This position is located in North Sioux City, South Dakota. This is a hybrid position where you will work in the office a few days per week. Preference will be given to those within a commutable distance of our corporate office in N Sioux City, SD. Relocation may be available.
Travel requirements: Travel availability, up to 30%, including overnight travel, is required. Travel requirements may change as the business grows.

Responsibilities include:
- Sales: Lead and develop an annual sales plan and budget, establish new business targets and strategies, and manage high-level relationships and contracts. Analyze market trends and assess Lunchtime's competitive position.
- Marketing: Create annual marketing plan that focuses on enhancing brand awareness, driving innovation, and promoting Lunchtime's initiatives. Oversee resource allocation to ensure goals are met and competitive advantage is maintained.
- Risk Management and Contractual Compliance: Oversee and manage Lunchtime's RFP process, ensuring compliance with contractual laws and regulations, minimizing risk, and aligning with the company's overall business strategy.
- Culinary: Lead the creation of unique, customer-focused culinary strategies that enhance Lunchtime's image, maximize long-term sales growth, and drive brand equity and customer value.

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
- 10 years of progressive sales and marketing experience in a leadership role, preferably in the K-12 industry.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in the food service industry, preferably with experience in a food service management company.
- Ability to understand and solve complex issues related to agreements, contracts, risk management, and compliance.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage high-level internal and external communications, and to present effectively at an executive level.
- Relationship and Leadership Skills: Persuasive leader skilled in interpersonal communication, relationship building, negotiation, and emotional intelligence. Capable of influencing decision-makers at all organizational levels. Works effectively in a highly collaborative environment and cultivates positive relationships with cross-functional leaders.
- Culinary: Passionate about food with interest in creating delicious and visually appealing dishes, as well as menu development and product sourcing.
- Strategy and Operations: Ability to create and execute long-term strategic plans. Strong market knowledge and capability to convert sales and marketing insights into winning propositions.
- Finance: Strong financial acumen with skills in performance tracking and a metrics-driven mindset.
- Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM Databases.
