We have an immediate opening for a Senior Product Manager in our Overland Park, KS office. The Senior Product Manager is a strategic role that helps to shape and execute on the vision, implementation, day-to-day enablement and continuous improvement of Marketing Technology products through the entire life cycle. This role will have a specific focus on a set of Marketing Technology products and play a key role in the success of those products in the market.
Purpose
The Senior Product Manager leads the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of Marketing Technology products for clients and their customers. This role oversees product development projects, ongoing support accounts, and product enhancements.
Working with cross-functional teams of internal staff, contractors, and external partners, the Senior Product Manager drives product design, development, support, and management of websites and web applications. They coordinate project team members to ensure successful outcomes and may supervise delivery team associates.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage product development projects from kick-off to launch
- Manage delivery of product development projects on time and within budget
- Manage products through the entire product life cycle from launch to retire
- Support estimation and budgeting for product development, maintenance and continuous improvement
- Contribute to project proposals, statements of work and client agreements
- Accountable for definition and delivery of product requirements
- Develop and maintain product delivery and continuous improvement roadmaps
- Conduct market research and utilize findings to make product recommendations
- Utilize data to inform product development and improvement recommendations
- Collect and analyze customer and stakeholder feedback for product development/improvement
- Establish and measure key performance indicators/metrics for products
- Lead and coordinate product development and support tasks and deliverables
- Lead and collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams
- Develop documentation to define, forecast and track product development roadmap
- Delegate and empower associates to accomplish assignments and elevate their contributions
- Provide direct supervision of delivery support associates as determined
- Oversee freelancer, contractor and outside partnerships relative to product development and delivery projects, processes, workflows, documentation, best practices and deliverables
- Assist in identifying and developing strategies for new business opportunities
- Assist in developing, implementing and optimizing product management practices
- Assist with vetting and hiring key associates within the department
- Mentor associates within and outside of the Marketing Technology department to better understand our technology offerings, capabilities, processes and frameworks
Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Marketing Technology project or product management experience
- Project/Product Management certification (preferred)
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Drupal, and WordPress
- Familiarity with modern software technologies and frameworks
- Knowledge of UX, visual design best practices, and software development
- Experience in professional services or marketing agencies (preferred)
