$100,000-$120,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. The final amount will be determined based on the qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct and lead quarterly business reviews internally and externally.
- Generate new business within an assigned group of leaders and opportunities.
- Look for opportunities to develop strengths and improve weaknesses.
- Collaborate directly with clients to set strategy and budgets.
- Proactively work with teams to manage and resolve customer issues.
- Analytical person who identifies root causes and provides solutions.
- Oversee new client set-up, renewals and open enrollment meetings.
- Be responsible for overall account fiscal status, including reconciliation.
- Establish, maintain, and coordinate service dialogue between business units.
- Work closely with customer teams to drive growth initiatives.
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Verbal and written Mandarin language a plus
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, business administration, or marketing or equivalent experience.
- 3 + years of account managing experience in Server/Computer Hardware/Software industry
Working Conditions:
- Office Only: Typically works in an office environment
- Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time
- Any travel requirements: 3~5% of travel, domestic
