Java Applications Engineer / Remote ( Denver, CO ), 6+Months

Remote Role , Location no preference

The Developer candidate must have the following experience:

• At least 8 years of experience designing and developing Java applications
• At least 5 years of experience with data migration
• At least 5 years of experience with interpreting database tables and data to mitigate conversion defects
• Detailed understanding of mapping data items between databases
• Experience creating and updating extract, transform, and load logic
• Experience developing web services specifically REST
• Ability to design interfaces using JSON and XML
• Experience with RDBMS Oracle 12c and 19c
• Experience with SQL Server Management studio, PLSQL Developer, SQL Plus, SQL Navigator, and TOAD
• Strong ability to research and manage complex data
• Superior ability to identify the underlying cause of performance issues
• Sound oral and written communication skills
• High evaluative and interpretative skills
• Experience using Spring, Spring boot
• Ability to develop functional workflows to improve efficiency
• Experience with unemployment data preferred
