- Knowledge and experience with Agile/Scrum techniques
- Experience working in Finance Services
Job Responsibilities:
- Proven experience and success working as a Scrum Master or in a similar role facilitating agile teams, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including both Scrum and Kanban.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills to inspire and motivate team members.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using agile project management tools - JIRA for managing backlogs and tracking progress.
- High level of organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Facilitates Agile processes including sprint iteration planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint demo and retrospectives and release planning
- Ensures user stories, acceptance criteria, assumptions, and all related documentation are timely and complete, supporting development, testing, and user acceptance activities
- Support risk and issue identification, and mitigation activities with the agile team including raising those in a proactive and professional fashion, when appropriate
- Facilitates periodic Reviews and Retrospectives by tracking report status through consistent, standardized dashboards and metric reporting
- Improve transparency and visibility across the Client organization within and outside of the team
- Build a safe and trusting environment where conflicts can be managed effectively and professionally
