About the Program

The Corporate Fellows Program is a two-year rotational experience that provides early-career professionals with exposure to high-impact projects and key business areas across Hearst. Fellows will engage in three to four rotational assignments (6-9 months each) within Hearst's diverse portfolio of businesses. These assignments will focus on emerging business strategies, product development, innovative content approaches, and corporate growth initiatives.

What You'll Do
  • Work in a business-critical role within a division, gaining hands-on experience and strategic insights.
  • Receive mentorship and coaching from senior leaders and highly rated managers.
  • Participate in biweekly one-on-one coaching with your manager to accelerate growth.
  • Contribute 10-20% of your time (starting in your second rotation) to special projects selected by program leadership, providing additional exposure to executive teams.
  • Expand your professional network through exclusive meet-and-greets with Hearst leadership and access to Hearst Learning programs.

Support & Development
  • Senior Mentor: Each Fellow will be paired with an executive mentor for guidance and career advice.
  • Peer Buddy System: Fellows will be matched with a colleague for informal mentorship and support.
  • Semi-Annual Reviews: Fellow will receive a formal performance evaluation twice a year.

Program Outcome

Upon successful completion of the two-year program, Fellows will transition into a permanent role within a Hearst business, based on performance and business needs.

Compensation

In accordance with applicable law, Hearst is required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role if hired in New York City. The reasonable estimate, if hired in New York City, is $95,000.00. Please note this information is specific to those hired in New York City. If this role is open to candidates outside of New York City, the salary range would be aligned to that specific location. A final decision on the successful candidate's starting salary will be based on a number of permissible, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to skills and experience, training, certifications, and education.
