- Conduct due diligence, negotiate key terms, and draft and review transaction documents.
- Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on complex deal structures across industries such as technology, healthcare, finance, and energy.
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal advice tailored to their business needs.
- 2-6 years of M&A and private equity experience at a top-tier law firm.
- Strong academic credentials and bar admission in New York.
- Expertise in corporate law, transactional law, and contract negotiations.
- Ability to handle multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional legal drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
