Job Overview

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a qualified Controller to join our Finance team onsite in Sellersville, PA.

Identify and protect the original technical information as part of the company property.

Key Responsibilities
Timely completion of month-end MIS with high levels of accuracy.
Coordinate with all departments to prepare and build budgets.
Set up cost rates for pricing and inventory valuation.
Manage Sales and COGS monthly close data.
Analyze product profitability on a monthly basis.
Manage and update RFP Quote Model / Product Cost Model on an ongoing basis
Monitor all working capital and planned CapEx activity.
Provide key inputs, information, and detailed support for decision making to the Finance Director, Site Leadership Team, Corporate Finance, and Corporate ExCom team, as needed
Prepare and regularly monitor line of sight (LoS) information.
Prepare and monitor sales forecasts on a bi-weekly basis.
Ensure timely data submissions for internal and external audits, as well as quarterly data to Corporate Finance for consolidations.
Balance sheet account schedules review to be competed every month and filed in the month-end binders, along with journal entries and support.
Oversee cash flow forecasts and monitor cash and loan positions.
Scrutinize general ledger to ensure accuracy of OpEx information.
Perform ad hoc analysis / forecasting as requested by Finance Director.

Education & Experience
BS in Finance, Accounting, or similar field (Master's degree highly preferred).
Hold a CPA, CME, CGMA or CIMA certification.
8-10 years finance experience, preferably within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
5+ years Controller experience.
Competency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
ERP systems proficiency and SAP experience strongly preferred.

Work Environment:
o Piramal Pharma Solutions is engaged in the business of pharmaceutical research and contract pharmaceutical manufacturing. As such, all PPS staff work in or nearby either chemical/pharmaceutical research or chemical/pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and processes.
o Potential limited exposure to hazardous chemicals.
o Personal protective equipment including safety glasses, lab coats, gloves, specialized clothing including laboratory uniform and appropriate shoes may be required in areas associated with this position.
