Software Engineer

As we scale, we are looking for a Software Engineer who not only has technical expertise but also understands business processes, optimization, and automation.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong business acumen and a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and optimizing complex business processes. This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between technology and business strategy-someone who doesn't just write code but understands how systems impact overall business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions that streamline sales, operations, and customer interactions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to identify automation opportunities and improve business workflows.
• Build integrations between our CRM, ERP, VoIP systems, and other key business platforms.
• Develop internal tools and dashboards that provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Ensure system scalability and reliability as the company grows.
• Optimize database queries and backend processes for performance improvements.
• Document technical solutions and provide training for non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously explore emerging technologies that can enhance our business operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on business process automation.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or another modern language.
• Experience with APIs and integrations, especially with CRM, ERP, and VOIP systems.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Strong understanding of business operations, sales cycles, and customer workflows.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and recommend technological improvements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the solar industry or working with sales-driven organizations.
• Knowledge of AI-driven automation for business processes.
• Previous experience building internal SaaS tools or automation solutions.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
