About the Role

As Director of Demand Generation, reporting directly to the VP of marketing, you will be responsible for leading, executing, and optimizing demand generation strategies that drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in multi-channel marketing, data-driven decision-making, and alignment with Sales & RevOps to ensure efficient pipeline generation. You will oversee paid acquisition, ABM, SEO, and analytics to optimize performance. Your leadership will be critical in scaling our go-to-market strategy and achieving our market expansion objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with the company's revenue and growth objectives.
  • Work with a high-performing team to execute multi-channel demand generation programs, including ABM, paid acquisition, SEO, and events.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and GTMOps to define ICPs, optimize lead handoff processes, and enhance sales enablement.
  • Drive pipeline generation and revenue contribution, ensuring demand generation efforts translate into closed-won deals .
  • Establish and refine attribution models, forecasting methods, and performance tracking metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Optimize marketing spend using ROAS methodology, and LTV/CAC efficiency to maximize ROI.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making by integrating insights from various platforms to optimize demand generation strategies.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights into marketing performance and growth opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance and Data teams to refine reporting, ensure budget efficiency, and measure marketing's impact on revenue.
  • Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, leveraging A/B testing and new tactics to improve conversion rates.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously evolve demand generation efforts.

What You Bring
  • 8-10+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, with a track record of driving revenue growth in B2B SaaS or FinTech
  • Experience in leadership, mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Proven expertise in pipeline generation, including ABM, paid acquisition, inbound marketing, and sales alignment
  • Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics and attribution models -ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology, including automation platforms (Pardot), CRM (Salesforce), and ABM tools
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Sales, RevOps, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic mindset and ability to lead complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
