Position/Program Information
The County of Los Angeles Department of Health Services is seeking to fill the position of DEPUTY, MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS, HEALTH SERVICES (UC) - CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER, HARBOR UCLA MEDICAL CENTER

The Deputy, Management Programs, HS serves as the Chief Operations officer at Harbor - UCLA. The position executes and implements the strategic plan, and operational initiatives to support efficient processes, continuous organization improvement, and high reliability consistent with the Organization's mission, vision and strategic direction.

This position is unclassified (at-will) and reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Harbor - UCLA and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hospital. The COO assists in the implementation of strategic objectives and ensures smooth and efficient hospital operations. This position is distinguished by its executive and administrative responsibility to support the CEO.
