SUMMARY: The Product Owner Analyst orchestrates the delivery of value to our users. Entrusted with the tactical and operational leadership of the product development lifecycle, this role is responsible for aligning team objectives with Mission Fed strategy and supporting the development and optimization of our digital banking products. Provides agile leadership, exercises independent judgment and independent coaching-approach to team members and stakeholders. Acts as the voice of members, users and stakeholders while prioritizing the backlog to achieve stakeholder goals focusing on innovation and user experience, leveraging product management techniques.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Translates business strategies and needs into execution ready work for agile teams; work with the VP Digital Channels & Strategy to define team goals and strategy, ensuring alignment with value stream vision.
2. Partner with the VP Digital Channels & Strategy, stakeholders, and Product Owner Analyst peers across the organization and determine team capacity and resource availability to achieve defined business outcomes and identify and propose resolution to dependencies.
3. Guide the agile team with a clear "who, why, when and what" to empower the "how."
4. Manage the product backlog, prioritize features and lead tactical discussions on the inclusion or exclusion of sprint backlog items, balancing team capacity and velocity with strategic vision.
5. Promote and support continuous improvement in processes and practices within the teams. Manage the full product lifecycle from concept, design, development, launch and informed enhancement.
6. Track and analyze digital banking product performance metrics including system and usage analysis to inform system optimization strategies.
7. Balance business objectives, technical feasibility, and user experience in decision making.
8. Define project scope, objectives, involve relevant stakeholders, and lead the requirements gathering process, planning, design, and deployment schedule of products and features.
9. Create product and feature requirements that clearly articulate functional and nonfunctional targets, journey maps, acceptance criteria, user need, and which Mission Fed objectives are supported by the change.
10. Stay abreast of technology trends in the digital banking space, FinTech's and banking industry best practices.
11. Collaborate with cross functional teams in the design of new features, workflows, and enhancements.
12. Maintains in-depth knowledge of and complies with all Mission Fed departmental and security policies and procedures, as well as federal regulations applicable to the position, including BSA Requirements. Completes all required compliance training as assigned.
13. Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Computer Science, or Information Systems field. Current Agile Product Owner or Scrum Master certification(s) required.
Experience: Two or more years related experience within agile teams to include a minimum of one year experience as a Product Owner or five or more years as an analyst in the digital banking industry or customer service agent in finance is required. Proficiency and experience in translating strategic vision into actionable, detailed team-level objectives. Experience with agile tools such as Jira, ADO, Confluence, or similar. Experience coaching and facilitating cross-functional teams and projects. Familiar with the Scaled Agile Framework. In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle a plus. Outstanding skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. Experience working with end users and eliciting feedback or concerns about functionality and the user experience is required.

COMPETENCIES:
Skills & Abilities: The ideal candidate will be self-directed and self-motivated, have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Must have solid problem recognition, solving and resolution skills, and be multi-task oriented with a bias toward action. Excellent oral and written communications skills are required.
Software: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office365 platform, Monday.com, and Azure DevOps. Working knowledge of Visio, and Figma or a similar design software. Other software as required. Experience with tools such as SQL, Power BI, Domo, Tableau or similar.

Base Salary: *$84,000- $105,000 per year.
Actual base salary within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
