- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Revenue Management: Collaborate with revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Event Planning: Work closely with the events team to coordinate and execute successful events and conferences.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the hotel industry, including sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
