The Opportunity:
Accountable for the design, planning, execution and implementation of Parkland's Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to developing, implementing and executing the project plan to supply & install EV Chargers at select locations in Parkland's Retail & Commercial Network in Canada. The project will involve working collaboratively with Electrical Utility providers and leading electrical engineers and contractors in the design and upgrades required to complete the EV Charger Installations across Canada.

The Opportunity:
Accountable for the design, planning, execution and implementation of Parkland's Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to developing, implementing and executing the project plan to supply & install EV Chargers at select locations in Parkland's Retail & Commercial Network in Canada. The project will involve working collaboratively with Electrical Utility providers and leading electrical engineers and contractors in the design and upgrades required to complete the EV Charger Installations across Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the project plan to install EV Chargers at selected Parkland locations in Eastern Canada.
- Work with Electrical Utility Providers to upgrade existing Electrical Utility Services for future load requirements.
- Work with Procurement in the creation and review of RFP for Civil and Electrical work required to upgrade Electrical Utility Services.
- Work with Electrical Engineering Firm(s) in the design and execution of upgrading Electrical Utility Services for EV Chargers as required.
- Project Manage the execution of work required to upgrade existing offerings at facilities involved with the EV Charger Program.
Education:
- Certification or Degree in Electrical Design, Construction or Engineering preferred.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years Project Management experience, preference given to those with experience working with electrical utilities.
- Preference given to those with experience in EV Charging deployments.
- Outstanding and professional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Change Management experience.
- Strong analytical and procedural skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Highly organized with excellent planning and time management abilities.
- Experience managing projects with an IT component.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management and scheduling software.
