Job Salary: $150-200k+ (Potential for higher base salary based on background and experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure, ensuring the security of our network, and providing technical support to our staff. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong understanding of modern IT systems and network engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure including firewalls and switches.
• Provide support for system administration tasks on Linux servers.
• Implement and manage virtualization technologies and cloud systems.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures, particularly with TS/SCI requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain documentation for network configurations, system processes, and security measures.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance the IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in network engineering and system administration.
• Certification in CCNP or equivalent networking certification.
• Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud systems.
• Must possess or be eligible for a TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
