Clinical Director, Women's Institute and Muma Children's Hospital

This role will support Women's and Children's outpatient/ambulatory areas including Peds ED, Pediatric Day Hospital, Pediatric Dialysis, Genesis, and HealthPark. Under administrative supervision of the Sr Director Patient Services, responsible for assessment, implementation and evaluation of administrative operations to deliver efficient and effective delivery of patient care services to nursing and/or ancillary department. Responsible for operations of department. Works in collaboration with Management team to ensure delivery of patient care services is efficient, with high quality outcomes. Acts as a department representative for internal and external customers. Responsible for hiring, directing and evaluating designated management staff members. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital.

Qualifications

• BSN with a Masters degree
• Clinical Nurse experience with current Florida license
• 3-5 years of leadership in Pediatrics and/or OB; preferably in emergency department or hospital based outpatient services.
