A rapidly expanding healthcare company with multiple branches is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who can develop and implement innovative HR systems, while fostering a positive workplace culture. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as the HR Manager will need to connect with employees at all levels and build a thriving team. Fluency in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and implement HR systems and processes to support company growth and ensure efficient operations.
• Foster a positive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns and ensuring a high level of engagement.
• Provide guidance and support to employees at all levels of the organization.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall company goals.
• Promote and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and take initiative.
• Must be fluent in Spanish.
• Experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
