Job Description:

We are seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to conduct analysis of collection and open-source data, ensuring continuity of targets and their activities. As a TDNA, you will be given the opportunity to showcase your SIGINT analysis talent and expertise while supporting missions that are vital to our national security.

Responsibilities/Job Duties:

• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads.
• Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information.
• Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.
• Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints.
• Apply your analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights.

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant experience requires aspects of Intelligence Analysis (e.g., target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, knowledge of customer tool sets and databases), which can be a combination of degree and work history:
  • A High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of experience
  • An Associate's Degree with 7 years of experience
  • A Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience
  • A Master's Degree with 3 years or experience
  • A PhD with 2 years of experience
• Experience in analyzing DNI and DNR information for intelligence reporting
• Proficiency in conducting sustained target analysis and utilizing advanced analytic techniques
• Ability to build and maintain target profiles and relevant databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
• Strong skills in evaluating intelligence to identify gaps and tailor collection efforts
• Familiarity with open-source data and collection analysis
• Knowledge of relevant databases and tools for targeting and analysis

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
