Remote but need them physically in Chicago and or Dallas in case they go hybrid but that is not likely going to happen but we can't submit outside those areas. Must be local to Chicago OR Dallas
Job Purpose:
You will be responsible for developing, integrating, deploying, customizing, and maintaining existing and new enhancements within the Identity Management solution by SailPoint. Being knowledgeable of programming languages and security concepts, you will need to support SailPoint IdentityIQ based applications and systems.
Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 4 year Information Technology experience OR 6 years Information Technology experience.
* Possess ability to sit and perform computer entry for entire work shift, as required.
* Possess ability to manage workload, manage multiple priorities, and manage conflicts with customers/employees/managers, as applicable.
* Experience in web technologies (HTML/CSS/Java/ASP.Net/PHP/Ruby/C#).
* Experience in application / product feature design.
* Experience in application configuration.
* Experience in mobile technologies (Client Anywhere / iOS / Android / Java / HTML5).
* SDLC Methodology (Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development).
* Problem solving /analytical thinking.
* Creative thinking.
* System performance management.
* Systems change / configuration management.
* Business requirements management.
* Ability to execute.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of IAM (Identity Access Management) maintenance experience; including LDAP or Active Directory.
* API programming experience (REST)
* Understanding of IT security principles
* Strong analytical, problem solving and debugging skills.
* Understanding of agile software development and continuous integration processes.
* Unix/Linux scripting knowledge.
* Product customization (leveraging Product APIs to provide customized functionality for "off the shelf" Product.
* Experience with various programming technologies such as GitHub, REST, SCIM, and JavaScript/UI.
* Self-starter who is motivated to learn new technologies across a broad spectrum of multi-platform Identity Management.
* Able to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
* Design, build and unit test various applications or enhancements.
* Provide maintenance support to applications as required supporting incident escalations.
* Participate in sprint planning, design, coding, unit testing, sprint reviews.
