Requirement
- IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of projects including meeting scopes, costs, and schedules. This resource will be responsible for:
- support business growth and program execution for the API Integration Services team
- Act as the lead for new pursuits and be responsible for leading and coordinating captures that include multiple programs and customer sets
- Responsible for strategy development and execution across service areas.
- Consult with program managers, functional managers in the execution of their responsibilities
- Responsible for proposal development and contract execution
- Leading complex technical development projects with accelerated timelines using adjusted "Agile" methodologies.
- Run daily Agile Scrum calls. Coordinating interdependencies, risks and issues between assigned projects.
- Identifying and managing resource conflicts. Coordinating SDLC tasks.
Requirement
- 10+ years of experience leading the design, development, and implementation of Information Technology Projects.
- 7 years of experience Agile software product development and rollout
- 7 years of experience of leading distributed teams of Scrum Masters, Business Systems Analysts and Systems Development Analysts, internal and external - onsite and offshore.
- Prior experience with Atlassian Suite's JIRA application required.
- Outstanding record of project management success, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology. Pro-active in developing and implementing strategies that significantly mitigate risk.
- Experience of managing project financial; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
