This position is in our downtown San Antonio office and offers a hybrid schedule (3 days office; 2 days remote) after an initial onboarding period.
Here's Where You Come In
We are currently seeking a Team Leader for our Commercial Lines account management team, focusing on clients in the non-profit/social services arena. In this role you will lead a team (account manager, assistant account manager, and support specialist), coaching team members to achieve performance standards and goals, develop professionally, and manage workload and workflows. You will also manage your own book of business, providing day-to-day service and renewal insurance needs for a select group of clients.
You're Great At
Ideally, you will have 3 years of relevant leadership experience and 5 years of experience demonstrating a strong account management background in Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance. You'll have exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in a Broker Management System (Epic and ImageRight preferred) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A current Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license is required or must be obtained within sixty days of hire.
