Salary Range: $125k - $150k
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating designated projects to ensure they are completed within the prescribed timeframe and budget. This role involves overseeing all aspects of project execution, from resource allocation to stakeholder communication, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Train, manage, and mentor a team of Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Estimators (if applicable). Maintain and strengthen client relationships while identifying new business opportunities. Oversee proposal and estimating processes, including project budgeting and bid preparation using estimating software. Review project proposals and plans to determine timelines, staffing, and resource allocation. Develop and implement project work plans, assigning personnel as needed. Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance on all project sites. Utilize project management software to track estimates, labor, change orders, RFIs, transmittals, financial reports, and daily job journals. Manage project billings, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. Review and prepare submittals, shop drawings, and design-build documentation to ensure accuracy and approval. Oversee the change order process, ensuring timely preparation, pricing, and negotiation. Maintain consistent communication with general contractors. Attend project meetings as required. Ensure compliance with all permitting requirements. Manage subcontractor and vendor performance to meet project expectations. Support field supervision to ensure project alignment and execution. Oversee lien process management, ensuring company rights are protected.

Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience (8+ years preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, estimating tools, and project management software.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to interpret complex data, and apply mathematical concepts.
- Communication: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal skills.
- Supervisory Experience: Experience in hiring, training, and managing teams, with a focus on performance and compliance.
