Job Responsibilities and/or Success Factors
- Policy Development and Coordination:
- Support the oversight, management, and coordination of complex sensitive programs and activities.
- Assist in planning, directing, and coordinating the development of policies related to sensitive activities and support for issues requiring short notice information and decision support for DoD senior leaders.
- Research and Analysis:
- Gather, synthesize, and prepare background information and read-ahead materials for issues and engagements regarding intelligence and intelligence-related policy, program, and activity support to special operations, including counterterrorism and irregular warfare.
- Strategy and Policy Implementation:
- Support the development, review, and revision of strategy and policy direction for the coordination, assessment, reporting, and conduct of sensitive activities.
- Assist in implementing solutions that aid in decision-making processes related to special operations.
Education and Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI Clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Special Operations Forces and/or clandestine operations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with developing policy and providing recommendations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-stakes environment and manage multiple priorities.
