Description:
Represents Temple University Health System's (TUHS) clinical programs and increases awareness of TUHS services within a specific geography. Responsible for effectively communicating the value proposition of assigned TUHS service lines through a needs based, account management model. In order to drive patient volume within the health system, establishes, builds and maintains relationships between community providers, alumni physicians and physician networks by identifying needs, facilitating providers' access to TUHS hospital(s) and clinical programs, and presenting and promoting TUHS services and programs to community providers.
Education
Bachelors Degree : Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (Required)
Experience
General Experience in account management; including conducting ongoing needs assessments, gap analysis and stakeholder reviews in an effort to build strong, credible relationships with providers and their staff (Required)
General Experience in project management and implementing new programs (Required)
General Experience with both community physician practice needs and academic medical centers (Required)
General Experience working within PA/DE/NJ/MD managed care landscape (Required)
5 Years experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare and/or medical sales (Preferred)
General Experience in promoting services and facilities within healthcare service lines (Preferred)
