A well-established partner hospital is seeking a full-time Urgent Care Veterinarian to join their dynamic team in Chicago, IL / Arlington Heights, IL. This is a fantastic opportunity for a veterinarian passionate about providing high-quality urgent care in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate medical care to animals in an urgent care setting.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of illnesses and injuries.
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
• Perform surgeries as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their pets' health and treatment options.

Ideal Candidate: This role is ideal for veterinarians with a DVM or equivalent degree who have experience in urgent care medicine. The clinic values individuals who:

Key Skills & Expertise:

• DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
• Active veterinary license in good standing in Illinois (or the ability to obtain one).
• Strong knowledge of urgent care procedures and treatments.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
