Key Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate medical care to animals in an urgent care setting.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of illnesses and injuries.
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
- Perform surgeries as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their pets' health and treatment options.

Key Skills & Expertise:
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
- Active veterinary license in good standing in Illinois (or the ability to obtain one).
- Strong knowledge of urgent care procedures and treatments.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
