About us:
From Sales to Support and Marketing, we run our business on Salesforce using a complex combination of clicks and code. We use many Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, Salesforce CPQ, and Tableau CRM and integrate with external systems like NetSuite, Marketo and Snowflake, among others. Our Salesforce implementation is developed and administered through our Global Sales Operations group of certified Admins, Developers and Architects.

About the role:
As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll be a key player on a team dedicated to continuous improvement and enhancement of our Salesforce platform. We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform who can understand both our current implementation and our business objectives in order to identify areas of improvement. You'll work with inter-departmental teams to gather requirements and should be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman's terms and clearly explain design options and their potential impact. You should be comfortable with change management and governance.

Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate should have a well rounded knowledge of different products and clouds and will be responsible for:
All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
User support tickets
Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
Update existing automation with a goal to reduce the number of workflow rules and process builders while configuring more robust business rules using flow
Monitor and improve user adoption
New user and ongoing user training
Create and maintain Salesforce technical documentation
Identify unused or underutilized platform features
Maintain, simplify and improve our CPQ implementation
Work with integrated applications including NetSuite, Snowflake, DocuSign, Marketo, Boomi and more

Qualifications:
Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with Sales or Service Cloud
Strong Salesforce CPQ knowledge and at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience administering CPQ
Bachelor's Degree
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce CPQ Specialist certificate preferred
