Fully onsite to start- in Quincy, MA
Job Description:
Job Title: Information Technology - Business Analyst (IT) - Expert
Defines business/system requirements by facilitating user meetings and interviewing users, developing use cases, and researching and resolving issues. Participates in business analysis project planning and management by documenting and maintaining plans, managing issue logs and preparing project documentation. Analyzes current processes and recommends solutions and improved processes. May also oversee the acquisition, analysis and dissemination of subject matter knowledge. Provides technical and business knowledge to clients. Keeps abreast of technological and competitive developments. Conducts research on industry practices and standards and other benchmarking data. Codes and maintains business application programs from user instructions or formal functional specifications. Experience in the analysis and testing phases in the development cycle. In addition, having experience of 6+ years.

Architecture Review Board platform
What will the interview process look like (phone screen, face to face, meet with team, how many rounds, etc)? Is there a test in the interview the candidate should be prepared for?
Phone/Zoom interviews and final will be in-person
What are the working hours, time zone?
8-5 but longer hrs may be possible with comp off
Is this role remote/hybrid/onsite?
Primarily on-site with option of hybrid at a later time
What is the duration of this contract and is there a chance it will be extended?
6 months for now
What training will be provided for this contractor and what are first day expectations?
On the job training of the project but expected to have BA skills, JIRA skills, Excel skills, communication skills etc.
What is the day to day of the person going to look like? Please be specific.
Working with Dev team, Product owner of various systems
