The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $200000 to $250000. Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Large Deals Origination Lead
This is a senior leadership role ensuring that Genpact experiences growth in priority and hunting accounts. You will be partnering with client partners and sales leaders to originate large / strategic deals. This position will be aligned across Genpact's verticals.
Responsibilities
- Act as the large deal champion for the chosen business unit. Establish a clear strategy for large deal origination across current and target accounts.
- Consistently originate large deals ($50M+ TCV) by positioning Genpact's offerings.
- Maintaining a consistent pipeline of opportunities to meet the unit target for large deals.
- Serving as the large deal advisor to Genpact's internal team and help position our value proposition successfully.
- Effectively construct and tell a compelling and clear story around the value proposition both orally and in presentations.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to the Genpact's largest clients across verticals and capable of providing guidance and thought leadership on current business issues facing C-level executives.
- Working with advisory and PE firms to cultivate channel / advisory relationships and originate large deals.
- Leveraging existing executive level relationships to enhance Genpact's brand.
- Developing and communicating a strategic sales plan and strategy to achieve assigned goals.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Significant experience in selling large multi-line deals across various industries
- Track record of originating $50M+ in total contract value
- Consulting / advisor background preferred
- Experienced in collaborating closely and effectively with delivery, operations, and practice teams in business development, relationship management, and competency building scenarios
- Global experience/mindset
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to influence C-level clients
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - verbal and written
- MBA or advanced degree in related field (preferred)
