How You Will Make An Impact:
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership and key stakeholders to develop a clear and targeted marketing strategy designed to improve brand awareness within the industry.
  • Act as a brand champion to ensure consistency and clarity in any brand messaging that is used in marketing tactics, strategies, collateral development, event planning or digital platforms.
  • Partner with external agencies to execute marketing strategies and tactics. Support agency partners with webinars, press releases, blogs, and eblast that includes developing a content pipeline, with new or by repurposing existing content, to be used in promotion and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Establish and execute a digital strategy utilizing current assets (website, LinkedIn, blog) that aligns with overall business objectives/goals and increases brand awareness. This includes setting and monitoring KPIs, developing best practices, establishing procedures, implementing a variety of tactics, and evaluating additional promotion plans.
  • Optimize website by continuing to explore and implement enhancements to enhance user experience and increase search engine optimization (SEO), to increase overall traffic to the website and improve on overall metrics (bounce rate).
  • Develop a social media strategy which includes content calendar, implementing LinkedIn tactics, including promoted posts, advertising, and lead generation, follower, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Participate and assist in regional and national sales meetings; attend tradeshows and conferences. Maximize the impact of events through creative execution, speaking opportunities, public relations efforts, and sales leads follow up.
  • Perform conversion analysis on sales pipeline and lead-to-opportunity efforts to determine lead funnel, market penetration, win rates, and opportunity metrics.
  • Provides strategic and day to day leadership of the Marketing department. Exhibits strong leadership, coaching and development to engage team members and build a cohesive team.
  • Identifies, recruits, and retains top-notch talent.
  • Sets performance standards and supports growth through delegation, continuous feedback, goal setting, and performance management
  • Supports a diverse and inclusive culture and team.

What you will bring to the role:
  • Generally, requires a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Marketing, with a minimum of six (6) leading and managing teams.
  • Generally, a bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or related field.
  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, online culture, social media, social engagement etc.
  • Strong independent project management skills: ability to prioritize high impact activities and keep projects moving forward.
  • Experience in regulated environment (biotech, diagnostics, medical devices) strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (SFDC Preferred).
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Special Working Conditions

You will be required to travel overnight by car and airplane to different work and client locations travel approximately 30-40% of the time
