# Requirements:
Education*: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience*: Minimum 10 years of experience in quality engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Leadership Skills*: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve quality goals.
Communication Skills*: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical Skills*: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and drive insights.
Utility Industry Experience*: Experience in the Utility industry, with knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
# Nice to Have:
Certifications*: Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification.
Lean Six Sigma*: Lean Six Sigma certification or experience with lean principles and methodologies.
Data Analytics*: Experience with data analytics tools and techniques, such as statistical process control and machine learning.
Roles & Responsibilities
Quality Engineering Strategy*: Develop and implement a comprehensive quality engineering strategy that aligns with business objectives and quality goals.
Quality Process Development*: Design, develop, and implement quality processes and standards that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Quality Metrics and Reporting*: Establish and track key quality metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Quality Engineering Team Management*: Lead and manage a team of quality engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams*: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendor teams to ensure that quality is integrated into all aspects of TCoE
Audits and Compliance*: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, and lead internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement*: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Strong background in quality engineering, excellent leadership skills, client management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Salary Range: $160,000-$190,000 a year
