- Ability to float in accordance with current standards and receive appropriate orientation

Job Description:

- Responsible for finishing cases that extend beyond 3:30 PM when on call
- On-call duty every other weekend at the most and 2 days during the week, potentially 3 if not covering the weekend
- Locals accepted as per the same conditions
- Complete non-billable, 4-hour modules through HealthStream
- Orientation includes 16 hours of non-billable time
- Keep requests for time off to a minimum, preferably none in the first two weeks of the assignment or full calendar weeks off during the assignment
- Expectation to work some holidays
- Participate in floating to different units with appropriate orientation based on clinical experience
