- Achieve and maintain a productivity level of 87% after two weeks
- Provide physical therapy services to patients as defined by a care plan

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interventions and outcomes
- Uphold professional standards and adhere to facility policies and procedures
