Responsibilities
Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into detailed specifications and user stories with acceptance criteria.
Gather requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, and other business analysis techniques.
Plan and monitor project scope, ensuring requirements are within SOW and communicate variances for change control.
Help product owner define value, prioritize scope for releases, and facilitate backlog grooming.
Manage user acceptance testing, resolve bugs with technical teams, and record feedback for next project iteration.
Requirements
4+ years as a business analyst.
Proven expertise in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Experience in global digital transformation programs.
Familiar with backlog grooming, review, and approval processes.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
Salesforce implementation across the complete SDLC.
Proficient in Visio/LucidChart, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, able to communicate with technical and non-technical customers.
