The A.C. Coy company has an immediate opening for a Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Specialist (formerly SCCM). Ideal candidates must have 5+ years of relevant IT experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager/SCCM.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, make recommendations, and communicate plans for deploying and maintaining server and client staging processes, including analysis of cost reduction opportunities for deployment of servers and clients in the business domain
• Maintaining an up to date process for provisioning and configuring operating systems on Windows servers and clients
• Develop, document, make recommendations, and implement plans for automation of IT infrastructure processes
• Participate in proof-of-concept tests to assist in defining technology direction and enabling business strategy
• Perform end-to-end technical design, develop infrastructure blueprints for the implementation of new solutions, create impact analyses, and design modifications to existing systems to support new solutions
• Maintain a common documentation library of standardized procedures and configurations
• Maintain an off-shore and on-shore model of human resources for development efforts and operational support

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree - Required

Experience Required:

• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager / System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) - 5+ years
• Windows 10, Windows Server 2016/2019
• Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
• Experience with Language Packs, WIM management, RSAT tool deployments
• Task sequences for software deployment
• PowerShell automation - 3+ years
• Windows software deployments - 3+ years
• System Center Configuration Manager Current Branch
• Project Management - Job requires planning and completion of large and small projects
