Certifications: Certification in Occupational Therapy preferred
Must-Have: Strong background in mental health
Job Description:
- Provide occupational therapy services focused on mental health.
- Work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments to determine the therapeutic needs of clients.
- Implement strategies to enhance patients' daily living and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and concerns.
Orientation:
- Two weeks orientation program provided.
- Week 1: Tuesday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, and 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Wednesday-Friday.
- Week 2: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
