Salary: $110,000 - $160,000+ (based on experience)
Requirements: 5+ years of experience and Professional Engineer (PE) registration (multi-state licensure preferred).

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will lead high-impact projects and collaborate with top-tier clients to design cutting-edge mechanical systems for data centers, airports, and other mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead mechanical engineering and design for projects, including new construction, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Develop innovative HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression systems tailored to client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Perform load calculations, equipment selections, and system analyses using advanced software tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Mentor and delegate tasks to project engineers, designers, and BIM/CAD staff.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering (ABET-accredited).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration (multi-state licensure preferred).
  • 10-15 years of proven expertise in mechanical engineering, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression systems.
  • Proficiency in managing projects across all development phases, including greenfield and renovation projects.
  • Ability to travel occasionally and meet client-specific requirements, including background checks and screenings.
