Job Description:

- Conduct comprehensive clinical documentation review to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation discrepancies.
- Utilize the EpicCare Inpatient system for accurate record-keeping and data management.
- Participate in daily rounds to monitor patient treatment plans and progress.
- Liaise with case management and utilization review teams to optimize resource use.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
- Provide education and support to clinical staff on best documentation practices.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
