Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Specialty: Acute Care Hospital / Inpatient Physical Therapy

Job Duration: 12 months

Shift: Day, 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:00)

Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Experience: Minimum 2 years, with at least 1 year in the specialty

License: MO or Compact licensure must be in hand

Certifications: Not specified

Must-Have:
- COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- Cerner experience preferred
- CPI Blue Card required for all Behavioral Health RNs and LCSWs (Course can be completed on site)

Job Description:
- Work between acute and inpatient rehab units to cover vacant positions
- Floating to various units as required
- Must participate in 50% of holidays and weekends on contract
- Modules are completed during orientation and annually, with an average of 4-6 hours
- Orientation includes 8 non-billable hours
- Return travelers within 18 months do not require re-orientation
- Two references from a charge nurse or above required in the profile upon submission
