Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $129,000.00 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. Assist with all Federal and state income tax compliance, accounting for income tax reporting and numerous supporting tax projects.
What you will be responsible for:
- Assist in the preparation of various income tax computations and returns, including estimated income taxes and extensions payments.
- Assist with ASC 740 quarterly and year-end computations and reconciliations, including miscellaneous SEC reporting.
- Prepare supporting tax and accounting schedules for fixed assets -depreciation & amortization.
- Prepare personal property tax returns; assist in the development of processes to reduce compliance time.
- Miscellaneous other tax department duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What you will need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- CPA preferred; actively pursuing CPA acceptable
- MST candidate with expected plan of completion
- 2-5 years relevant work experience, prior public accounting experience preferred
