Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior OFSAA Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) and will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining our OFSAA solutions. You will play a critical role in supporting our financial services clients by delivering robust analytics and reporting capabilities that drive informed decision-making. As a senior member of the development team, you will work closely with collaborators to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement standard methodologies to ensure high-quality work. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing data workflows and enhancing the overall performance of our applications.
In this role, you will
  • Own the development and implementation of OFSAA solutions to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with product management to define and prioritize product features and improvements.
  • Provide expert guidance on standard methodologies and OFSAA functionalities to clients and internal collaborators.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to drive product development strategies and roadmaps.
  • Conduct product training and support for clients to enhance user adoption and satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed (required skills)
  • Oracle OFS KYC product: Customer Risk scoring, Case creation, and underlying data model knowledge.
  • Oracle Compliance Studio (new product): Scenario Authoring skills, Entity Resolution development, Analytics/model development, Entity resolution data model skills.
  • Oracle Enterprise Case Management (ECM): ECM UI development skills, ECM data model knowledge, ECM API development knowledge to create cases from external events.
  • Oracle ODI/DIH development skills.
  • Oracle Analytics Server: Data Preparation, visualization, and reporting skills.
  • Oracle Mantas Transaction Monitoring (low priority): Scenario development, tuning, and underlying data model skills.
  • Oracle Exadata DBA/performance tuning (low priority).
  • Other Skills: Entity resolution/Link Analysis development/development of dynamic typologies for AML in Banks using leading products in the market.

What will help you stand out (preferred skills)
  • Experience with OFSAA ECM UI OFSAA KYC Mantas AML Transaction Monitoring & FCCM will be preferred

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client OR Cognizant office in Toronto, ON.
