Qualifications
Required
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, public administration, or related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in information technology management and support, some of which shall have been in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience.
- Knowledge of theories, procedures, practices, materials, methods, regulations, and/or legislation related to the section or office assigned.
- Ability to manage and supervise program activities and personnel.
- Knowledge of school organization, mission, and the requirements for the assigned function to accomplish the mission.
- Ability to manage, evaluate, and supervise program activities and personnel.
- Ability to effectively lead teams in multiple projects.
- Ability to maintain working relationships with school, county, and outside agency personnel.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and/or present information to groups.
- Proficiency in the use of technology, data compilation, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
