Description:
Task 1: Attitude Determination Algorithm Development: Work closely with members of the GeoXO GN&C design team. Tasks shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
Deliverables:
Familiarity with Green Chart/Allan Variance gyro performance assessment
Attitude determination for spacecraft
Extended Kalman filter experience
Star tracker and IMU modeling experience
10 to 15 years' Experience Overall
- Develop and refine attitude determination algorithms using from gyroscopes, and star trackers.
- Assist in the development of software models and simulations to test and validate attitude determination algorithms
- Collaborate with the GN&C team to mature the overall system architecture and ensure seamless integration with other subsystems
- Assist in the development of requirements and interfaces for attitude determination sensors and supporting systems
Deliverables:
- Attitude determination algorithm development and refinement
- Software models and simulations for testing and validation
- Requirements and interfaces for attitude determination sensors and supporting systems
- Sensor selection and integration plans
- Regular progress reports and status updates
