We are looking for a proactive and communicative individual with experience supporting technical teams for successful solution delivery and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive and ongoing support for team-centric communications and reporting to government leadership.
- Develop and deliver executive-oriented presentations to senior government leadership, distilling technical information for effective discussion and common understanding.
- Build and strengthen relationships with stakeholders across the agency through high-quality, transparent, and honest solution delivery.
- Drive a data-centric culture and the adoption of data management, governance, and predictive analytics practices to solve business, mission, and technical challenges.
- Implement Agile practices and human-centered design (HCD) principles for value-aligned solution delivery.
- Serve as a key point of contact for customer engagement, providing transparency in project delivery and communicating the value of data-driven solutions.
- Work with data scientists, analysts, and end-users to develop high-value, scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management in a data-centric federal environment.
- Experience delivering executive-level presentations to senior government leadership.
- Experience implementing Agile practices and HCD principles.
- Familiarity with product and portfolio management.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, including data scientists and analysts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business administration, information management, or a related field.
- Technical proficiency in data analytics tools but not necessarily hands-on.
- Experience creating and managing projects in Jira or other related tools.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into impactful business solutions.
- Strong background in data-driven IT operations and efficiencies.
